Hello Tracy and welcome to the forum.. I wish you luck with your house you have listed.. Anyone here can contact you from the forum if they have an interest in the house and if you have it MLS listed you should be good to go.

There are many people living in the Princeton area that work in Dallas so it really is not that far unless they work downtown or the south side..
